A new chapter in the governance of North West Province begins this Friday with the swearing-in ceremony of the Premier-elect. The event, scheduled for 14 June 2024, will take place at the Garona Building in Mafikeng.
The ceremony will be presided over by the Judge President of the North West Division, Ronald Hendricks. The event marks the official commencement of the new Premier’s term in office, succeeding the tenure of the former Acting Premier, Patrick Dumile Nono Maloyi.

Following the swearing-in, the former Acting Premier Maloyi will present the 6th Administration report of the North West Provincial Government to the incoming Premier. This report details the achievements, challenges, and ongoing projects managed by the previous administration, providing a comprehensive overview for the new leadership.
