North West Business Summit and Expo Aims to Foster Collaboration for Economic Growth

Entrepreneurs, major corporations, and community leaders converged at Maemo Motors in Rustenburg today – 15 March 2014 for the media launch of the North West Business Summit and Expo. The event aimed to underscore the importance of collaboration in job creation and local economic development

Among the esteemed attendees were stakeholders from various sectors, including Royal Bafokeng Nation’s Kgosana, Dr. Koketso Rakhudu, representatives from Telkom, ABSA, Just Energy Summit, Bojanala Platinum District Municipality and others.

Addressing the audience, Kopano Molefe, Organiser of the summit, emphasized the Expo’s role in fostering partnerships among local businesses. He stressed the need for collective efforts to stimulate job growth and bolster the regional economy.

Othibile Keitumetse from Telkom expressed excitement about the upcoming Expo, highlighting Telkom’s commitment to showcasing the latest technology innovations. The Expo, scheduled to take place at the Rustenburg Civic Centre on March 27th and 28th, 2024, promises to be a platform for businesses to exchange ideas, explore opportunities, and showcase their products and services.
