Orbit College FC Unveils New Jerseys and Home Stadium Ahead of PSL Debut

Orbit College FC unveiled their new home, away, and alternative jerseys today during a vibrant event held at Olympia Park Stadium in Rustenburg.

The club also announced that Olympia Park Stadium will be their official home ground for the upcoming Premier Soccer League (PSL) season. Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Phokeng and Mmabatho Stadium in Mahikeng have been set as their alternative venues.

Speaking at the launch, Orbit College Football Chairman and Principal of Orbit TVET College, Dika Mokoena, said the team is ready to take on the “big guns” as they prepare for their debut PSL season.

“We are proud to launch these jerseys today and confirm Olympia Park as our home. Our players and technical team are motivated and ready to make history this season,” said Mokoena.

The club also officially introduced Monnapule Saleng as their new team member following his loan from Orlando Pirates. Saleng, an established winger, is expected to bring depth and experience to the team as they build towards their first top-flight campaign.

Head coach Pogiso Makhoye expressed confidence in his current squad, stating that they are not anticipating signing any big names at this stage.

“I am happy with the team at the moment. We believe in the boys and are focusing on our preparations for the season ahead,” Makhoye said.

Orbit College FC is set to play their first PSL match against Amazulu FC next month.
