In a startling revelation today – 11 April 2024 at the Rustenburg Civic Centre, Executive Mayor Sheila Mabale-Huma disclosed a concerning trend plaguing the municipality: the theft of transformers for their oil, believed to be used in traditional medicine rituals to enhance strength and ward off witchcraft.
